This session explores a strategy for creating an inclusive, practical, and faculty-centered training series in AI pedagogy. Discover a scaffolded approach that respects faculty bandwidth while providing high-reward learning paths that prioritize human-centered design and sound pedagogical principles. Learning targets and sample activities for three targeted sessions will be shared, along with early findings from the implementation.
