Teaching and Learning with AI Conference

Brittney Schultz is an Instructor of Information Technology at Waukesha County Technical College, where she teaches software development and helps prepare the next generation of technologists. She holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems and has spent much of her career at the intersection of technology, education, and mentorship. Her teaching philosophy centers on cultivating curiosity, resilience, and deep understanding through iterative learning. In recent years, her work has focused on exploring how generative AI can be integrated into curriculum as a learning collaborator while preserving rigor and student agency.
