About me
Christian Moriarty is a Professor of Ethics and Law at St. Petersburg College, the Ethics & Governance co-chair of the Florida Artificial Intelligence Learning Consortium (FALCON), and a director and treasurer of the International Center for Academic Integrity (ICAI). He earned a BA, double-majoring in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Science Honors, and an MA in Bioethics and Medical Humanities from the University of South Florida. He also holds a JD from Stetson University and is a member of The Florida Bar. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in education with a focus on AI policy at Florida State University. Professor Moriarty teaches applied ethics, professional responsibility, and the law of art and intellectual property. Professor Moriarty consults and speaks globally on academic integrity and artificial intelligence ethics and law, with clients including Harvard University and the Parliamentary Confederation of the Americas, and has served as a guest professor at Riga Technical University, Latvia.
