I’m Dr. Nancy Richmond, professor, speaker, and author of KEEP SHINING: Rediscovering Purpose and Connection in a Digital World.🌐 I work with leaders and teams who want to use AI and digital media without losing their humanity in the process. My work sits at the intersection of digital media, wellbeing, and human connection in how we work and lead. 🎤 Through keynotes, trainings, workshops, and retreats, I’ve spent over twenty years in rooms inspiring and connecting with people. From 30-person retreats to rooms of 500, I speak to leaders, educators, helpers, and students around the world. 🎓 At Florida International University, I teach branding, digital media, and human-centered AI, and co-chair the AI Teaching Forum. ✨ KEEP SHINING started as a book. It became a way of navigating life, leadership, and change. A way for people to reconnect with themselves, their work, and each other. 🌍 I serve on the Board of the World Happiness Foundation and speak globally on connection, purpose, and human-centered AI.There’s another side to this part of my life.It started with a simple question: what might change if we reached kids earlier? It now lives in a creative space of digital art, books, and music videos. A girl, her dog, and her robot, learning kindness and connection. When I’m not teaching or speaking, I’m usually outside exploring the world and nature with my daughter and our dog Lucky.
