Dr. ‘Cesca is a marketing professor at Lander University who brings more than 20 years of professional experience working with small, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 organizations across the profit, nonprofit, private, and public sectors. Her background in developing and executing business and marketing strategies for global brands gives her a strong real-world perspective on how decisions are made and implemented. In the classroom, she focuses on applied strategy education and assignment design that builds critical thinking, strategic judgment, and workforce-ready skills—helping students translate marketing theory into practice and maintain academic integrity in AI-enabled learning environments. She holds a BS from Boston University, an MBA from Utica University, and a DBA from the University of Rhode Island, where her dissertation examined student engagement and behavior through a market segmentation lens.
