Teaching and Learning with AI Conference

Santa Fe College is creating a Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence as part of our next Quality Enhancement Plan, and I am the first director. The QEP is focused on equity-minded education. I want to build a robust professional learning program that will help faculty in all stages of their career to adopt equity-minded practices that lead to greater success for our most underserved students. At Santa Fe College, it is our Black students who experience the greatest inequities. My goal is to help faculty shatter these gaps through the use of cohorts, mentorship, action research, and student feedback.
