At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: education should help people grow—not just academically, but emotionally, socially, and personally. I am deeply committed to holistic education and the intentional work of helping individuals build emotional stability, self-awareness, and confidence in their ability to navigate life, relationships, and learning. Professionally, I currently serve as the Director of the Center for Faculty Development & Excellence at Southern California University of Health Sciences, where I work with faculty to strengthen teaching, learning, and student success through innovative strategies and meaningful professional development.
