I will share how a VR and AI-integrated environment can transform teacher preparation by creating low-stakes, deliberate practice opportunities. I will present findings from a study in which teacher candidates used AI-driven VR scenarios to practice leading grade-specific discussions, supported by reflections and performance metrics from the sessions.
