About me
I’m an Associate Director at the Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where I lead initiatives at the intersection of AI, immersive learning, and faculty development. My work focuses on helping educators not just adopt new technologies but anticipate what’s coming next—and design for it. My background spans instructional design leadership, generative AI integration, and immersive learning innovation. I’ve led enterprise-level AI adoption efforts and partnered with faculty and developers to build XR learning environments that move beyond novelty into scalable, outcomes-driven practice. Increasingly, my work centers on future-facing questions: how AI will reshape assessment, what skills students actually need in an AI-mediated world, and how institutions can evolve ahead of the curve—not in response to it. I contribute to conversations on the future of teaching and learning through publications, conference presentations, and applied innovation projects focused on AI, academic integrity, and emerging learning ecosystems. Come talk to me about what’s next... AI beyond productivity, designing future-ready assignments, building institutional strategy for emerging tech, or where immersive learning and AI are headed.
