Hello! I am Dr. Koichi Sato—aka Dr. eLearning.
I serve as a Learning Designer at the University of South Florida, where my daily mission is to apply “design magic” to instructional expertise to improve student learning outcomes. With an EdD in online learning, I have spent my career at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, ensuring that digital tools serve the learner, not the other way around.
