Yhosemar Mendez is a futurist and innovation strategist passionate about exploring how emerging technologies—especially AI—shape the future of business and education. With a multidisciplinary background in chemical engineering, food innovation, and data analytics, she brings both analytical rigor and creative foresight to her work. She has collaborated with global leaders across industries, from consumer goods to technology, and now serves as Manager of the Business Innovation & Technology Center at Miami Dade College. In this role, she empowers the next generation of innovators to embrace futures thinking, experiment with AI, and harness data to drive meaningful change. Currently tuning her expertise in data analytics and advancing AI literacy, Yhosemar is committed to bridging human creativity with technological possibility, helping organizations and learners alike prepare for what’s next.
